Delivery Not Guaranteed: Because the App relies on underlying telecommunication networks, we do not guarantee the timely or successful delivery of any text message, voice note, or multimedia file.
3. Permissions and Device Access
To provide its core messaging features, the App requires explicit access to specific hardware and software components on your device, including:
SMS & Phone State: To process, send, and receive texts and manage active connections.
Contacts: To display caller ID and allow you to select message recipients.
Microphone: Strictly to enable the recording of in-chat voice notes.

4. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

Your use of the location-sharing feature is simultaneously subject to Google's standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy regarding Maps and Location APIs.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be completely error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
